Wiping down walls, removing kitchen grease and vacuuming away dust and cobwebs
Filling holes, cracks and dents
Sanding patches and rough areas smooth
Priming repairs, stains and bare surfaces
Caulking and sealing gaps around trim, windows and doors, leaving no open seams where we can help it
Small repairs along the way. Loose trim, a cracked corner or a damaged door frame: we take care of the minor repairs we find so the entire surface is sound before it's painted.
